Delivery Time & Notes

  1. Convenience Store Pickup
    Available for 7-11 and FamilyMart locations on Taiwan main island and select offshore islands only. Please carefully select your preferred store when placing an order. Delivery typically takes up to 3 days after shipment (excluding Lunar New Year and natural disasters). Upon arrival, you will receive an SMS notification from the convenience store system. Please bring valid photo ID and collect your order within the specified timeframe.

  2. Home Delivery (Taiwan Main Island)
    Delivery service covers all counties and cities on the Taiwan main island. Please complete credit card payment before 12:00 PM on weekdays for same-day shipment after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes up to 2 days (excluding Lunar New Year and natural disasters).

  3. Home Delivery (Offshore Islands)
    Service available for Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu islands only. Please complete credit card payment before 12:00 PM on weekdays for same-day shipment after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 days (excluding Lunar New Year and natural disasters).


Note: Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or national holidays will be processed on the next business day (usually Monday).


Shipping Instructions

  1. Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays.

  2. During holidays or periods of high demand and unforeseen natural events, shipping may be delayed.

  3. For home delivery, actual delivery time depends on the courier's route and schedule.

  4. For convenience store pickup, please pay attention to the SMS notification and collect your order within 7 days. Unclaimed packages may incur additional shipping fees, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
