  3. Be especially cautious of calls displaying unfamiliar numbers starting with “+”, “+2”, “+886”, or similar, as scammers may spoof numbers or impersonate companies, banks, or government authorities.

  4. Do not click on unknown links, nor accept friend requests or messages from unrecognized LINE accounts.

  5. Common scams include repeated orders or fake installment plans to gain your trust before asking you to perform online banking or ATM transactions.

  6. For any bank-related matters, please contact your bank directly. If a caller asks you to operate your account or provide information, kindly refuse to minimize fraud risk.
