ORDER AND PAYMENT


Order

1. All customers are required to registered as MATCHWOOD member before purchasing our products.

2. Order Confirmation

If the payment is approved, it will automatically direct you back to our site and you will receive an order confirmation via your provided email. If you do not receive your order confirmation email in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder.

3. If you have any difficulties when placing an order and did not receive any email regarding order confirmation, please go to Contact us, our Customer Service team is on hand to support during our Business Hours.


Payment

Payment Method :

We accept the following methods of payment :

Visa, Master, JCB and China UnionPay.

The following methods of payment are accepted by MATCHWOOD :

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Master and JCB .

When providing credit card information, you must be the registered cardholder or have permission from them before a transaction is made.

We do not accept personal cheques, money orders or direct bank transfers.


China Union Pay (For customers holding Chinese identity cards)

We also accept China Union Pay when payments are made in China. With China Union Pay, you can pay with main bank cards issued from Mainland China. 


1. Published prices and final invoices are in Taiwan Dollars (NTD). Final credit card debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions.

2. MATCHWOOD encourages clients to contact their home bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to the transaction.

3. Please make sure your bank card has enabled the online payment function.

4. Items will not be shipped until the transaction has been cleared.

5. All payment forms are subject to bank verification and review by MATCHWOOD. We reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction due to unauthorized or suspected fraud or illegal activity.

6. Declined Payment

If your payment has been declined, unfortunately we are not able to reinstate your original order. In this case you will need to place your order again. 
There are a few reasons that makes the situation happened: 
- Incorrect card details 
- Incorrect security code 
- Your card issuer may have declined your payment 
For credit card problems, please contact your bank for assistance, or you may contact our Customer Care team as we will try to resolve it as we can.


SHIPPING INFORMATION


Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will be dispatched usually within 3 business days of our receipt of your order. Additionally, dispatch delays for some orders may occur due to the high volume of orders placed during promotional periods or sales. Saturday, Sunday and Taiwan public holidays are not considered business days. Please note: We follow the Taiwan calendar and local time (TST).

Delivery

MATCHWOOD ships Worldwide.

Most International orders will be shipped using Postal Administaation Republic Of China (Taiwan) EMS International Express Mail Service - delivery service.

China, Hong Kong and Macau orders will be shipped using S.F. Express delivery service.

 
Where We Ship To:

We ship internationally to most of the countries, includes Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, United States and United Kingdom .

For details, please refer to the country list when you check out. If your country does not appear in the list, unfortunately we do not deliver to where you live at the moment. We are adding new delivery destinations all the times so please keep updated on our website.
 

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided for all international and local orders.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us with the tracking number. Use the tracking number to check the delivery status via the Postal Administaation Republic Of China (Taiwan) and S.F. Express website.

 
Shipping Cost

All shipping costs (with administration fee included) will be calculated automatically according to the weight of the products during the check out procedures. Please check your order summary thoroughly before you complete the payment process.

 
Delivery Times

Orders will normally be processed within 3 business days once your payment is completed and approved.

* Delivery times are determined by number of business days (Monday to Friday) from the day after we ship your order.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

If you do not receive a tracking confirmation within 3-4 business days from the day you completed your payment, please kindly contact our customer service for more information.

Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.

 
Shipping Address and Failed Deliveries

We can only change your shipping address in the case orders are still with us. For those already shipped, an additional fee (which we call it as “re-routing fee”) will be charged for the request. Please take this into consideration when selecting and filling in your shipping address for order.

"Re-routing fee" only accept paypal.

For failed deliveries (courier is unable to reach customer due to the incorrect address provide by customer, failed attempts to reach customer at the location or customer refuse to pay duties), MATCHWOOD is not responsible for the returned shipping cost. For re-shipped orders, the shipping costs are also payable by customers. If you refuse to receive the order and ask for a refund, the order amount will not be refunded in any circumstances.


Import Taxes and Duties

Customs duties, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value-added Tax (VAT), are not calculated in the price of the product.

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by MATCHWOOD . For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.


Customs & Regulations

Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as MATCHWOOD cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.
